We believe that the Holy Scriptures composed of the Old and New Testament, are true and fully inspired by God.
We believe that there is one eternal God, perfect and powerful, distinctive in their Trinity: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
We believe that Jesus Christ is the only mediator between God and men.
We believe in the power and gifts of the Holy Spirit of God.
We believe that eternal salvation is the gift of God, and that it has been provided for the man only by the grace of the Lord and by the vicarious death of Jesus Christ on Calvary, IE: Jesus died on the cross in our place for the forgiveness of our sins.
We believe in baptism by immersion in the waters that demonstrates our decision to live a new life in Christ Jesus.
We believe that the blood of Jesus purifies us from all sin.
We believe that the Lord’s Supper is an act that brings us to remember what Jesus did for us on the cross of Calvary.
We believe that man is given the right to live once, and after that the final judgement.
We believe that there is an eternity in heaven with Jesus and that there is an eternity in hell without Him.

Dear reader,

It is with great pleasure that I present to you Trinity House of Hope.

We are a church that believes in the Holy Trinity, which is the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.
It is here that I have the privilege of preaching the word of God, for as Paul said in Romans 1:16
“For I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God that brings salvation to everyone who believes…”

Meet the Pastor

Pastor Carlos Lana da Silva Jr. was born on November 2nd, 1966, in Cons. Lafaiete, Minas Gerais, Brazil.
He has been married for over 26 years to Rosa da Silva, of Guatemalan origin and has three wonderful children, Erika, Lucas and Felipe da Silva.
From the beginning of his conversion, in the summer of 1990, he has always been involved in activities and seminars in the Church.

Having been sensitive to the call of our Lord Jesus, he embraced the Ministry and was consecrated to Pastor on April 24th, 2003.
He was conferred the title of Bachelor of Theology by FAETEL – Theological Faculty of Education Logos – S.P., Brazil.
He is accredited in Canada by the Evangelical Association, Toronto and by Gilgal Christian Community.

By the mercies of God, Pastor Carlos has been a successful entrepreneur for over 20 years and is founder and President Pastor of Trinity House of Hope church in Toronto, Canada.
Pastor Carlos Lana believes in the Holy Trinity and today follows witnessing and preaching the word of the Kingdom of God.
The word that motivates, transforms and sanctifies every life at the feet of Jesus.
